As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, depending on where you live you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us using the contact details set out below, or lodge your complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.
If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognised transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please email hello@livingliv.com immediately. We cannot guarantee any amendments to your order. If your order has already been processed, Living Liv does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

How do I make an exchange?

At this time we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges, so instead, we provide a combination of free return delivery and repurchase. Our team is happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct size. Please email hello@livingliv.com.

When will my order be delivered?

Our clothes are shipped from Madrid, Spain. Please see approximate delivery times below.

What payment methods does the Living Liv online store accept?

We accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

Can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and again once your order has been packed. The packing confirmation email will contain your delivery tracking link. If you purchased multiple items in your order, these may be shipped to you in separate parcels. If this occurs, you will receive a unique tracking numbers for each shipment.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

How is tax calculated on purchases?

We collect sales tax in accordance with the United Kingdom law which is included in the price. This is separate to any import duties and taxes on arrival in your country.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please see international delivery times under 'when will my order be delivered'.

How are duties and taxes calculated for international orders?

Currently, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information please contact your local customs office. Any orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or customs, will have the incurred duties and taxes deducted from the refunded amount and be subject to a 30 day return processing time.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. You will be charged when the pre-order is placed.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 business day and are shipped Monday to Friday. 

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however  you may return your Living Liv purchase subject to these terms by returning it to:

Items purchased can be returned within 28 days for refund or exchange. The day of receipt is intended as the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for refund or exchange. 

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive your refund of the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. 

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this by emailing hello@livingliv.com including your order number and the items you wish to exchange.

  • Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
  • All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
  • Every clothing item has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

Should you wish to return an item, Living Liv does not refund international duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office to seek a tax refund.

While Living Liv covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within the EU, return postage costs outside of the EU are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. All international returns should be shipped back to Huboo’s address listed above as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.

Returns not compliant with these instructions, may result in the return being refused.

How to Return Your Order

If you need to send items back to us, please make sure to follow the instructions below.

  1. Fill out the delivery note / return form provided in the original package and indicate the return reason as well as the return quantity.
  2. Place the goods to be returned as well as the return form in the package and use the second seal strip to close it securely. Please return the items fully in their original packaging to us. The purpose for this is to protect the goods from damage during transport on return.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or with a service shipping provider of your choice.
  4. Please return your items by registered mail to Huboo's address above.

Faulty Returns

If you have received a faulty item in your order we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@livingliv.com who will be happy to assist you with the return of your order. We aim to reply to your email within 48 hours.

Currency, Duties and Taxes

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the UK online store are in GBP currency. VAT is included in the price.

Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes when the goods arrive in your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

  1. The sales tax applied by your country for purchases from the UK; and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information please contact your local customs office. Packaging

Our parcels are shipped in FSC® certified, natural cardboard boxes that are fabricated from 70% recycled content. They are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Clothes come in sleeves that completely decompose within 24 weeks when composted.

How to Dispose of your Packaging

Your cardboard box can be thrown into the paper/cardboard recycling bin. Please remove as much tape and other non-paper products from the packaging as possible. Put the sleeve in your food waste collection bin or home composting.
